Shipping & Delivery

We want your Saint Durag order to reach you quickly and safely, anywhere in Canada.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 5 to 7 business days after processing, everywhere in Canada. Remote regions and territories may require 1–3 additional business days.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and are always displayed before payment.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incomplete or incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@saintdurag.com — we can update the address as long as the order hasn't shipped.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 5 business days or your package appears lost, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll reship your order or refund you in full.
