Welcome to Saint Durag (saintdurag.com), operated by CrosAutoEntreprise, 40 rue Louis Lépine, 34470 Pérols, France (SIREN 992 858 217). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products

We sell hair-care headwear and accessories: durags, bonnets, wave caps, skull caps, satin-lined beanies, bandanas and wave brushes. Product images are as accurate as possible; slight colour variations may occur depending on your screen.

2. Prices

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable Canadian sales taxes (GST/HST/QST/PST) are calculated and displayed at checkout. Products are invoiced at the price displayed at the time of order.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is accepted. You will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, pricing error or product unavailability — in which case you will be fully refunded.

4. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal and Klarna. Payments are processed through secure, encrypted providers. We never store your full payment details.

5. Shipping

We ship across Canada. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery page.

6. Returns & refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site (texts, images, logos, brand names) is the property of Saint Durag / CrosAutoEntreprise or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written consent.

8. Liability

Our products are care and styling accessories. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law, including Canadian consumer protection legislation.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your province or country of residence.
